Situa-se a cerca de 16 km do centro de Portim\u00e3o, na freguesia da Mexilhoeira Grande. O projeto inclui uma pista de karting, uma pista off-road, um parque tecnol\u00f3gico, um hotel de cinco estrelas, um complexo desportivo e apartamentos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A constru\u00e7\u00e3o foi conclu\u00edda em Outubro de\u00a02008 e recebe as categorias\u00a0Superbike World Championship, GP2 Series, A1GP, Testes de F\u00f3rmula 1, Le Mans Series, FIA GT, WTCC, International GT Open, SuperStars.
